- To ensure accurate and timely recording of all invoices for all companies and that all payments are made in accordance with payment terms.
- As a team, process all purchase invoices for all companies through the system the system. The purchase invoices should be cleared on a timely basis - within 2 days of receipt.
- Reconcile roughly 30 supplier statements for the Limited company monthly within the required month end deadline.
- Process Locum invoices and Expenses.
- Processing rent batch
- Weekly and End of Month BACS runs.
- Monitor accounts inbox
- Deal with issues related to the purchase ledger in a timely manner.
- Ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required..
- Analyse expenses for multiple entities and process journal entries
- Purchase ledger / Accounting experience highly desirable
- Strong Excel and systems skills
- Ability to work with large volumes.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and targets

- Salary £24,000 - £28,000
- Hybrid working pattern - 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office
- 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holidays
