The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.SalaryThis is a permanent role with a salary of £25,812.80Skills/Requirements· Excellent Communication skills
· To supervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.
· Ability to complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork with regards to their duties.
· Be passionate about providing the highest levels of service to both the customers and the team
· Basic understanding of food hygiene
