- Supporting the Service and Sales teams to achieve their objectives by working with colleagues across the Dealership to ensure the highest level of customer care is maintained.
- Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal and vehicle presentation at all times.
- Adhering to legal, environmental and health and safety requirements, to ensure the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times.
- Assisting with general maintenance requirements on the site such as weeding and clearing leaves.
- Organising the timely collection and delivery of customer vehicles for service or repair.
- Assisting in the moving of vehicles between the compound, showroom and workshop operations.
- Assisting in Sales vehicle display area on site and ensuring parking remains free and accessible for visitors to the site.
- Notifying the Service team of any issues or problems with Dealership vehicles (e.g. courtesy cars) that may affect customers, and ensuring vehicles adhere to required standards.
- Ensuring any additional service or repair requirements identified by the customer are passed on to the Service team.

- Manual handling experience.
- A good level of fitness to be on the move and on your feet most of the day - you will enjoy walking and being outdoors;
- Awareness of how to protect yourself and others through strict adherence to relevant health and safety requirements.
- Full UK driving licence, good knowledge of the local geographical area and previous driving experience.
