
Employment Solicitor

- You will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters and play a hands-on role in complex litigation and advisory work
- You will manage your own varied caseload
- Supporting multidisciplinary teams on employment law aspects of wider corporate or commercial transactions
- Providing day-to-day advice on employee relations, contracts, policies, equalities obligations, and TUPE
- Supporting client training and business development initiatives
- Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 1-4 years PQE with broad employment law experience (ideally including health and care sector exposure)
- Capability to advise on TUPE, restructures, redundancies, and senior exits
- Excellent drafting skills (contracts, policies, settlement agreements, etc.)
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and genuine passion for client care
- Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and flexible.
