- Design and implement conversational flows using Dialogflow CX for customer-facing and internal virtual agents.
- Architect scalable and secure solutions on Google Cloud Platform, integrating with services like Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI.
- Develop and manage APIs using Apigee to support conversational interfaces and backend integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CCAI solutions for contact centers.
- Integrate Generative AI models and agent-based systems to enhance conversational capabilities and personalization.
- Optimize NLP performance and user experience through continuous testing and tuning.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards in all conversational applications.
- Proven experience with Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Conversational AI architecture and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Apigee for API management and integration.
- Familiarity with CCAI components including Agent Assist, Virtual Agents, and Insights.
- Experience implementing Generative AI models and agent-based systems in real-world applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect, CCAI Engineer).
- Experience with Vertex AI, Dialogflow ES, and Speech-to-Text / Text-to-Speech APIs.
- Knowledge of contact center platforms and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Familiarity with ethical AI practices and responsible AI design.
