This role will lead a critical IT workstream within a wider transformation programme that spans both enterprise systems and infrastructure.As the IT Workstream Programme Lead, you will take ownership of two key delivery areas:
A complex Oracle implementation (ERP, HCM, SCM, and PPM)
A major IT infrastructure consolidation and EUC/device rollout
The successful IT Workstream Programme Lead will bring a blend of programme delivery expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on technical understanding. This role is a unique opportunity to drive outcomes on a live programme operating on a critical path through to February 2026.Key Skills & Experience Required:
Lead multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementation projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM)
Proven experience in technical infrastructure delivery - including service transition, server consolidation, and EUC/device rollouts
Strong programme management and governance capabilities
Confident stakeholder manager at senior/exec level, including reporting and escalation
Skilled at risk identification, mitigation, and maintaining programme momentum
Comfortable owning delivery in a complex, multi-workstream environment
