Offshore Supervisor - Well Intervention/Wireline

- Supervise operations with team members ensuring safe completion of the operational tasks
- Ensure checks are carried out on all equipment for their compliance with Expro's policies, standards and procedures ensuring they are technically correct
- Ensure well site support requirements are planned and executed in respect to material spares, inventories and maintenance.
- Attend and participate in tool box talks and planning meetings
- May be required to work at onshore bases in the preparation and return of equipment.
- Liaise with clients representatives and participate in meetings ensuring quality of service to client
- Ensure completion of required documentation for company procedures, processes & specific client's requirements
- Actively mentor subordinates to share knowledge to assist with their competency for grade when required
- Previous technical knowledge gained through completion of competency for grade
- Formal technical qualification
- Extensive technical experience within relevant field & across multiple product lines including, but not limited to Slickline, Cased Hole, Well Services, Hydraulic Intervention
- Ability to oversee (including but not limited to) the operation of Slickline, Braided & E-Line
- Potential to be trained in other disciplines that fall under the scope of Well Intervention
- Ad-Hoc position, mobilising to/from Aberdeen
