aka Recruitment are proud to be working with a longstanding client of ours to bring you this Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester role based in Huddersfield. Working within a busy and clean workshop, you will be joining a forward thinking and established family run business. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with overtime also available on Saturday mornings. Salary basic is starting at £35k but negotiations can happen.Job Duties Include:- Servicing and repairs on a range of brands- Removal and refitting of mechanical components- Ensure all work is carried out to manufacturer standards- Ensure all equipment and workshop is maintained and cleaned- Carrying out of inspections on a range of vehicles- All work that is completed and carried out is within safe working practices- Carry out Diagnostics and repairs to the highest industry standardsRequirements:- Qualified at Level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds)- MOT Testing licence is again advantageous but not essential- Own tools- Full Licence with no more than 6 pointsReasons to apply for this role:- Easy working environment with no pressure- Excellent Salary Basic- Full training and support where neededDue to workload, you will be working with a great company dealing with a range of servicing and repairs whilst providing expertise in the field.
