  • Develop, enhance and maintain scalable backend services for our CRM platform
  • Deliver clean, efficient, and reliable code that performs at enterprise level
  • Support testing and QA phases throughout development cycles
  • Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis across infrastructure and systems
  • Contribute to CI/CD automation and drive improvements in our development workflows
  • Assist with architectural design, including our transition into Golang
What We're Looking For
  • Proven commercial experience in cloud-based development (GCP, AWS or Azure)
  • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, SQL, or Golang (or similar modern backend languages)
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and agile methodologies
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas across teams and stakeholders
  • A degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience)
