- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS1 and KS2, following the National Curriculum
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment in every classroom you support
- Adapt quickly to different school settings, building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Use a range of assessment strategies to support pupil progress and learning
- Contribute to the wider school community through clubs, school trips, and whole-school initiatives where appropriate
- Have experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- Be a flexible, adaptable, and creative practitioner with strong classroom management skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
- Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
