- Delivering the Marketing strategy and objectives for the Beauty division to drive brand and commercial growth.
- Overseeing and driving the seasonal marketing calendars for FLANNELS and FRASERS, ensuring all channel teams have the assets, information, and guidelines to deliver effective campaigns across their respective channels. Initiating ideas to implement to ensure we deliver exciting and engaging moments for our Beauty customers.
- Partnering with commercial teams to act as the conduit between Marketing and Commercial. You will attend key appointments with strategic brand partners to maintain and grow relationships, understand the brand’s calendars, opportunities and launches, and to ensure clear integration of campaigns into our calendars and on-point execution across channels.
- Managing all brand partner marketing relationships and supplier funding negotiations, working to an annual target. Ensuring brand buy-in and associated investment into each campaign by proactively pitching to brand partners and identifying commercial opportunities. You will prepare all necessary presentations for brand pitches.
- Partnering and working cross-functionally with key channels such as Commercial, Social, Retail, PR/Talent, Campaign & Content and E-Commerce etc to ensure alignment and seamless implementation of marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Managing the category marketing budget including funding from brand partners.
- Working closely with our Retail teams to ensure all physical touchpoints are filled at key calendar moments with compelling activations and takeovers to surprise and delight our Beauty customers.
- Using data and analytics to review, report and assess performance of all campaigns. Ensure all campaigns are delivered and reported on in a timely manner, on budget and that all key learnings are shared with key stakeholders in the business and brand partners where necessary.
- Dissecting the Beauty and competitor landscape to identify opportunities and trends in the market for Frasers Group to maximise upon.
- Ad hoc support outside of Beauty across luxury and premium facias, FRASERS and FLANNELS working with category managers to drive successful activations.
- Extensive marketing experience gained within the Beauty sector.
- To be culturally aware and have a knowledge of what’s going on within the macro environment. With that, you will have an unrivalled love of Beauty brand and products.
- To hold strong relationships with Beauty brands across the industry.
- Excellent online & offline marketing expertise.
- A degree is preferable but not essential. We are looking for solid experience in the industry and experience of creating and implementing strategic plans with creative flair.
- To be a natural leader with the ability to inspire and to always bring the team with you.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Experience managing teams and budgets.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm, with the ability to work under pressure and sometimes to tight timelines, always maintaining a professional attitude.
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, showing remarkable attention to detail whilst also being results-driven.
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.
- You must be open to travel (where required).
