This is the number 1 specialist adult education centre local and they are looking for an Specialist learning support worker for a full time, permanent role (all year round) to start ASAP. Applicants for this role need to be nurturing, patient and committed to making learning accessible to young people and adults with severe and complex learning difficulties including ASD, MLD, non-verbal, ADHD and challenging behaviour. This centre offers a 1 year training course completely free of charge with time in your working day to complete all necessary aspects. At the completion of the 1 years you will be a fully qualified level 3 LSW and immediately moved into the senior team. The Centre in question boasts brilliant grounds, outstanding resources and outdoor learning spaces. You would join a committed team and would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant and practical curriculum that meets the needs of each individual. This is a fabulous opportunity not to be missed.
