
Maintenance Manager

- Manage the health and safety of the maintenance team for our factories and ensure equipment is maintained to legislative standards.
- Providing technical leadership to support OEE improvements.
- Driving an improvement culture of “right first time”, failure avoidance or re-occurrence through motivation and high standards of technical application
- Ensuring equipment related improvement projects are identified, prioritised and executed to improve reliability and capability across the operation.
- A qualified engineer with a minimum of HNC in mechanical or electrical engineering and a recognised safety management qualification
- Experienced in recognised maintenance and improvement techniques.
- An experienced people manager within a maintenance environment
- Experience and knowledge of cutting edge and lean manufacturing techniques.
- A proven track record of influencing positive and encouraging team behaviour.
- Strong problem solving, decision making and change management skills.
- Ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business.
