With excellent staff retention, a supportive culture, and clear routes for progression, this is a place where your career growth is genuinely valued.The RoleYou'll carry out a variety of water hygiene and treatment tasks, including:
- Cleaning and chlorination of water systems
- Servicing TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) and Calorifiers
- Plumbing remedials and system maintenance
- Supporting service engineers when required
- Building strong client relationships
- Experience in water hygiene, water treatment, or Legionella control
- Knowledge of compliance and water hygiene processes
- Basic plumbing skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £32,000 pa depending on experience
