  • The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to contribute to the department's continued growth, drive new opportunities, and support ongoing business development initiatives.
  • The role will encompass managing a broad range of disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims. You will also handle disputes concerning the enforcement of easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, beneficial interests, and Party Wall issues.
  • An interest in business development is highly desirable, with the ability to generate new work to support the team's growth, alongside managing an independent caseload.
  • Experience in construction disputes would be a significant advantage.
