This is a fantastic opportunity to engage students in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, making science both exciting and accessible for all learners.Responsibilities as a Science Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive science lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical experimentation.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress effectively.
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom where all students can thrive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
  • Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and inclusion.
Requirements for Science Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stages is desirable.
  • Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
