- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Support in the preparation of documentation for settlement agreements, mediation, and tribunal cases.
- Ensure all ER activity complies with UK employment law, internal policy, and best practice.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, offering clear and consistent guidance.
- Collaborate with the People Business Partner and People Director on complex or high-risk cases.
- Support policy reviews, organisational change, and wider People projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, toolkits, and manager capability.
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR trends to drive continuous improvement.
