  • Assist the class teacher in both educational instruction and the daily operations within the classroom environment.
  • Support individual children or small groups in their educational journey, offering both guidance and motivation.
  • Participate in the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Contribute to activity-led and play-based learning, enhancing the children’s educational experience.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to foster a secure, inclusive learning atmosphere where each child feels valued and supported.
  • Provide the class teacher with feedback regarding the children’s progress and any concerns noted during interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with young children, particularly within an Early Years setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact on children’s lives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing meaningful relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meet the diverse needs of young learners.
  • A proactive, adaptable work ethic, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field are desirable but not mandatory.
