- Lead, inspire and manage a team across catering, housekeeping, portering, and hospitality.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service are always maintained.
- Play a key role in hospital strategy, working alongside senior leaders and non-clinical teams.
- Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and deliver cost-efficient operations without compromising on quality.
- Drive compliance with health & safety, COSHH, risk management and hygiene standards.
- Support and develop your team through regular 1:1s, coaching, and training.
- Continuously review and improve hospitality processes to ensure we're always exceeding expectations.
- Proven managerial experience, ideally in hospitality or healthcare.
- Strong budget management and organisational skills.
- Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH trained desirable).
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3).
- Excellent communication, people management and facilitation skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to inspire change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
