
Lettings Admiistrator

- Part-time
- Prepare and send out tenancy agreements
- Negotiate and issue renewal documentation
- Chase outstanding rent and monies owed from landlords
- Arrange and carry out property visits
- Coordinate maintenance work and liaise with contractors
- Maintain accurate records in estate agency software
- Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
- At least 1 year's previous experience in residential estate agency administration (preferred)
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with estate agency software
- Excellent telephone manner and client relationship skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Professional, detail-oriented approach
