The Firm acts for employers and executives across Midlands region, operating across a wide range of sectors which includes Education, Software & Retail.This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Employment Lawyer seeking better quality and broader remit of employment matters.You will enjoy:
  • A broad mix of both contentious and non-contentious work; advising, representing and supporting clients over a range of Employment disciplines including but not limited to: Unfair dismissal, Discrimination, TUPE and Whistleblowing
  • Provide specialist employment law advice to both employees and employers
  • Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Advise on non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, terms, policies and procedures
You will be:
  • A qualified Solicitor with around 2 – 4 years’ PQE
  • Have experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
