- A broad mix of both contentious and non-contentious work; advising, representing and supporting clients over a range of Employment disciplines including but not limited to: Unfair dismissal, Discrimination, TUPE and Whistleblowing
- Provide specialist employment law advice to both employees and employers
- Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Advise on non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, terms, policies and procedures
- A qualified Solicitor with around 2 – 4 years’ PQE
- Have experience of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
