- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
- Assist in the management of chronic diseases and provide education to patients regarding their conditions.
- Conduct health screenings and physical examinations, documenting findings accurately.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to patients regarding health promotion and disease prevention.
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

- Qualifications
- - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence.
- - Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- - Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential.
- - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- - A genuine passion for patient care and commitment to improving health outcomes.
