- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the EUC Modernisation Programme from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to define and drive the EUC strategy.
- Oversee the migration from on-premises VDI Citrix environments to DaaS platforms (W365 / AVD / Dev Box).
- Facilitate requirements gathering, producing clear documentation for technical, functional, and business needs.
- Develop and track benefit cases to ensure outcomes align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Act as a Business Analyst when required - capturing detailed use cases and application requirements from end-users and business teams.
- Coordinate and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities, ensuring test criteria, success metrics, and outcomes are fully documented and assessed.
- Manage technical resource allocation, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain pace and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-moving delivery environment.
- Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, risk management, and reporting in line with agreed standards.
- Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and future proof.
- Extensive experience in delivering EUC transformation programmes in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable track record of migrating on-prem Citrix VDI to DaaS solutions (W365, AVD, Dev Box).
- Strong background in defining and executing EUC strategies with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work across the full project lifecycle, from strategy through to delivery and benefits realisation.
- Hands-on experience capturing business and application requirements, including acting in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver PoCs to validate technical and business assumptions.
- Exceptional organisational skills with experience managing technical resource scheduling in complex projects.
- Strong vendor and partner management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Familiarity with IT governance, budgeting, and procurement processes
