Our commitment to planned preventative maintenance and 24/7 availability ensures our clients’ facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—day in and day out.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our team, serving clients across Glasgow and the surrounding area. This is a varied role where you’ll carry out maintenance and installation works at client sites, with a company vehicle provided.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out installation, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of air conditioning systems, including VRF units.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and internal procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with Contracts Managers, Supervisors, Helpdesk, and Engineers to deliver a seamless service.
  • Keeping up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Building strong, professional relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Providing quotations for remedial works or client-requested upgrades.
What You’ll Bring
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (minimum requirement).
  • Solid experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
  • Comfortable with manual tasks such as manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rota.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
