- Designing and implementing a robust testing strategy aligned with our transformation and technology goals
- Leading the testing approach and operating model for Tarmac, including internal and third-party capabilities
- Ensuring testing processes meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Coordinating test plans across all project phases, ensuring alignment with regression testing in live environments
- Managing and optimising test environments across transformation and BAU activities
- Continuously improving testing tools, methodologies and performance metrics
- Selecting and owning test management tools, including user training and support
- Acting as an escalation point for Test Leads to manage testing risks and issues
- A confident self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and delivering under pressure
- Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience in test planning, coordination, and execution - particularly UAT
- Knowledge of test tool selection and implementation
- Ability to manage complex testing programmes with multiple stakeholders
- Proven project management experience
- Able to design and maintain schedules, reports, scripts, and test-related databases
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Significant experience managing test activity across large-scale transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and modern QA methodologies
- A detailed understanding of acceptance criteria and close collaboration with business stakeholders
