We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Disability Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities. The role involves assisting clients with Learning Disabilities with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being in various supported living settings in and around Chelmsford.Duties:
- Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding
- Support clients in engaging in social activities and outings
- Implement behaviour management strategies as needed
- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsOur clients all have different needs and interests, so every day is different.We want you to feel part of the team.   • UK Based Care Experience 9 months minimum (required)
