βœ” Lead integrated B2B programmes across brand, content, digital, performance + ABM
βœ” Map customer journeys + content strategies across the full funnel β€” awareness through to revenue
βœ” Shape and run creative + strategy briefs, ensuring work is on-brief, on-time, on-budget
βœ” Manage performance marketing activity, define KPIs, track + optimise for results
βœ” Work closely with paid media partners β€” briefing, QA’ing, monitoring and reporting
βœ” Build commercial proposals, price confidently, scope SoWs, manage budgets + margins
βœ” Report on outcomes with clarity and insight, presenting to senior stakeholders
βœ” Spot growth opportunities across accounts + upsell/cross-sell where it adds value
βœ” Support new business with creds, proposals and pitches
βœ” Mentor Account Execs + Managers, helping lift delivery standards across the team
βœ” Use AI tools to accelerate insight, content drafting, QA and workflow efficiencyWhat You’ll Bring🎯 4+ years’ agency-side account management experience (B2B focus essential, ideally tech/FinTech)
🎯 Proven record of senior client relationships + account growth
🎯 Confidence across the B2B funnel β€” demand/lead gen, nurture, pipeline + revenue
🎯 Experience managing performance marketing + interpreting data
🎯 Integrated mindset β€” connecting brand, creative, content, PR, media + digital
🎯 Commercially sharp: scoping, proposals, pricing + procurement negotiation
🎯 Strong comms + presentation skills; comfortable with senior stakeholders
🎯 Practical AI use (not theory) β€” already applying tools to work smarter
🎯 Social confidence (esp. LinkedIn) and happy creating short-form content
