To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.About the roleJOB DESCRIPTIONJob Title: Food & Beverage SupervisorResponsible to: Food & Beverage Manager / Hotel Management / DirectorsMain tasks and duties· To maintain and drive forward the high standards expected within our award winning hotel.· Show initiative, passion and the ability to think on your feet to drive business success and maintain quality of service.· Be the face of the business to our customers, going above and beyond their expectations to create a memorable experience.· Be a strong leader to your team, coaching staff and encouraging their development and providing support to ensure consistent quality of service.· Be responsible for implementing change and maintaining all standards of quality and service throughout the restaurant.· To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, customers and any other persons on the premises.· Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage.· To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action.· Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.About the companyLa Mon Hotel & Country Club is an award winning four star hotel on the periphery of Belfast City CentreRequired Criteria
Have min 2 year experience as a duty manager or similar management role, within the Hospitality Industry
Knowledge of cash & stock management
Knowledge of Health & safety procedures
Strong organisational skills.
Hands on approach, with can do attitude
Availability to work in shifts including weekends & evenings
Be personally motivated & Can lead and motivate a team
Have great management & communication skills
Have a passion for their role within the Hotel
Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members alike
