- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Lead and motivate staff through effective onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback
- Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction and respond to feedback promptly
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll control
- Uphold health, safety, and legal compliance across the property
- Build strong relationships with local partners and act as brand ambassador
- Collaborate with central teams to improve sales, marketing, and HR functions

- Proven experience in hotel management, ideally in a boutique or high-occupancy property
- Strong operational and commercial skills

- Excellent IT skills, including use of PMS and POS systems
- A proactive attitude and clear, confident communication style.
