With minimum visits of one hour, award winning paid training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide.The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn locations and we will, where possible, work with your personal availability.We do require all staff work their agreed hours on alternate weekends - essential as care does not stop on a Friday.You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car - essential because we travel between clients and 'drive them to appointments' on a daily basis. You must also have a full UK Driving Licence.You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process.   • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supervise medication as directed and monitor clients' health conditions
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Transport clients to appointments and social activities using your own vehicle
  • Implement care plans and adapt to clients' changing needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Benefits Include:
  • Hourly rates of £12.00 - £13.00 per hour (averaging with benefits £14.00+ph)
  • Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)
  • Paid travel expenses £0/30/per mile - £0.45/per mile
  • Paid training including workshops and e-learning
  • Minimum 1-hour visits
