LOCATIONHome-based KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own and deliver sales revenue and margin targets for DNO and Major Projects (33kV+)
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic clients
  • Lead bids for DNO framework contracts and manage complex commercial negotiations
  • Provide monthly performance reports and quarterly board updates on revenue and margin forecasts
  • Guide and support the BD team to meet individual and collective targets
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, DNOs, IDNOs, and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive, risk-mitigated proposals
  • Ensure seamless project handovers and maintain exceptional client satisfaction
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • A results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior sales roles within construction or engineering
  • A confident communicator, capable of influencing at senior levels and presenting compelling business cases
  • Skilled in commercial and contractual negotiations, with a strong understanding of risk management
  • A natural collaborator who brings together cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions
  • Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior sales role, with a strong network in the industry
