
Senior BDM - Strategic Sales (ICP/EV)

- Own and deliver sales revenue and margin targets for DNO and Major Projects (33kV+)
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic clients
- Lead bids for DNO framework contracts and manage complex commercial negotiations
- Provide monthly performance reports and quarterly board updates on revenue and margin forecasts
- Guide and support the BD team to meet individual and collective targets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, DNOs, IDNOs, and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive, risk-mitigated proposals
- Ensure seamless project handovers and maintain exceptional client satisfaction
- A results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior sales roles within construction or engineering
- A confident communicator, capable of influencing at senior levels and presenting compelling business cases
- Skilled in commercial and contractual negotiations, with a strong understanding of risk management
- A natural collaborator who brings together cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions
- Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior sales role, with a strong network in the industry
