Job Type: Permanent / Full-TimeWe’re working with a well-established and respected main dealership in the Newbury area that’s looking to recruit an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their showroom team.While previous experience in car sales is a bonus, it’s not essential – what we’re really looking for is someone with a great attitude, the ability to build rapport, and a genuine desire to succeed. You’ll be given full product and system training and will have the chance to work with a supportive team and proven sales structure.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable vehicles and packages
- Conducting test drives and guiding customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism
- Handling finance and payment agreements in line with company policy
- Working closely with admin and aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from sale to delivery
- Following up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Proactively reaching out to existing and potential customers to generate new business
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan your day and manage your own pipeline of leads
- High attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft and CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence is required
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one weekday off)
- Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on a rota basis)
