Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Customer Service Executive to work at their facility on Wrexham Industrial EstateFor the successful Customer Service Executive client is offering:
  • £25,671.10 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 8:45 am -5:15 pm (Saturday Rota Approx 1 in 6 weeks once trained)

The role – Customer Service Executive
  • Handling incoming calls ensuring KPIs are met
  • Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively
  • To answer technical questions
  • Inputting orders on the same day as they're received
  • To provide support with order entry and returns
  • Accurate data entry
What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Executive:
  • Must possess an excellent telephone manner - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous customer service experience working in an office environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
