This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in spray painting, automotive finishing, or similar work, looking for stable hours and a professional, supportive work environment.Pay & Benefits:
  • Basic pay: £12.43 per hour
  • Overtime rates up to £24.86 per hour (after 40 hours)
  • Weekly pay

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
  • Friday: 07:30 - 13:30 (early finish)
  • 40 hours per week, with optional overtime
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing automotive parts and components for painting
  • Applying primers, base coats, and top coats using spray equipment
  • Ensuring high-quality finishes to meet company and customer standards
  • Masking and de-masking parts as required
  • Conducting final inspections to check for consistency, runs, or imperfections
  • Maintaining clean spray booths and paint equipment in accordance with safety standards
Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience as an automotive paint sprayer or similar role in a manufacturing or body shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Understanding of health and safety protocols within a workshop setting
  • Confidence in using various paint systems, spray guns, and preparation tools
  • A strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately
