(golf on a Thursday, Soccer once a month, movie nights whenever we fancy it).We are looking for an EMEA Sales Leader whose mission is to be a strategic growth driver who builds both as an independent contributor while leading a high-performing team to expand our footprint and pipeline across the region.Accelerating science requires strong, focused leadership to drive commercial success across EMEA-ensuring that our automation solutions reach the right labs, faster.By building and guiding a high-performing Strategic Account Executive team and driving pipeline growth, the EMEA Sales Leader will be critical to scaling our impact and fulfilling our mission to accelerate science by making automation a reality for every lab.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For:Building pipeline, initially acting as an independent contributor directly reaching out to customers to plan and execute Lunch & Learn and new meeting activities in order to get face-to-face with customersRationalizing quota and development goals to new strategic EMEA territory divisionsLeading and managing the Strategic Account Directors across the EMEA regionBuilding a strong team culture that reflects our values and supports growthSetting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and supporting team developmentDriving pipeline growth by working closely with Marketing and other teams to generate demandOwning and delivering regional sales targets, helping the team close key dealsRolling out strategy in EMEA in alignment with global sales leadership and tailoring it to local needsPartnering with Customer Success, Product, and other functions to ensure strong execution and customer outcomesUsing data to track progress, identify issues, and improve performanceSupporting account planning, territory setup, and resource allocationChampioning our mission to accelerate science by making lab automation accessibleWhat It TakesProven success leading enterprise or strategic sales teams across EMEA10+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership roleExperience in lab automation, liquid handling platforms, large scale integrated laboratory solutions and integrated peripheral equipmentTrack record of success in startup or high-growth environmentsStrong ability to build pipeline and collaborate cross-functionally to drive demandSkilled in coaching, performance management, and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsData-driven with confidence in forecasting and performance trackingDeep understanding of complex sales cycles and strategic sellingPassion for accelerating science through innovative technologyNice to HavesExperience selling into or working directly with academic, biotech, or pharma labsFamiliarity with automation workflows, lab hardware, or integrated software systemsKnowledge of EMEA market nuances, regulatory landscapes, and buyer behaviorsBackground in scaling sales teams from early stage through growth phasesExperience influencing product strategy or customer feedback loopsFluency in additional European languagesFormal sales training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)Experience managing or collaborating with distributed or remote teamsWhat Gets Us ExcitedWe're passionate about the future of technology and automation, and our growing success is built on like-minded individuals who share that passion.You are excited about building something from the ground up in a high-impact region, with the backing of a world-class product and a mission that truly matters.
