We have multiple vacacnies for schools central to Cambridge who are seeking a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic graduate teaching assistant to join their team.This is an exciting opportunity for graduates considering a career in education, offering first-hand classroom experience and a chance to make a real impact on student’s learning and development.About the role:As a graduate teaching assistant, you will be:
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons.
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
  • Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
  • Support students during break and lunch times.
Person specification:
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school environment.
  • Can build strong relationships with students and staffs.
  • Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young people.
