Job Description:Role Details:Duration: Initial 6 Month ContractPay: Day rate (DOE) Outside IR35Location: Hybrid, 3 Days in office, City of London (Nr Bank)Industry: Property and Real EstateJob Description - Business AnalystRole PurposeThe Business Analyst will support the Technology Team in the discovery, planning, development, and deployment of projects within the Technology Roadmap. They will work closely with project teams to analyse processes, understand requirements, and design solutions that ensure business needs are met through effective solutions and processes.Key AccountabilitiesProcess Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document current business processes and workflows, identifying future requirements, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to prioritise and define solution requirements, producing clear documentation with use cases and user stories.Solution Design: Partner with the Development Team to design solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organisational strategy.Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios and plans to confirm that outputs from the Development Team meet functional requirements. Engage both directly and with stakeholders in the testing process.Project Support: Assist Project Managers in maintaining solution alignment with business needs. Support adoption and success activities to ensure smooth solution launches.Required Skills, Experience, and KnowledgeMinimum of 5 years experience in business analysis or a related fieldExperience within the Real Estate industry is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detailAbility to multi-task and prioritise effectivelyHighly organised and process drivenForward-thinking, proactive, and able to take initiativeProficient in business analysis tools and methodologiesRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
