This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of pay review activities across our UKIMEA and Europe regions, as well as within our internal Corporate Services. You'll be working closely with HR and business stakeholders, helping to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and deliver timely support throughout this critical period.Is the role right for you?If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data, and have a knack for staying organized under pressure, this could be a great fit. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesInbox Management & User Support: Monitor the shared pay review mailbox, respond to queries, escalate issues appropriately, and identify necessary data/system actionsData Accuracy & Validation: Conduct thorough checks of pay review data to ensure accuracy and flag required updatesFile Preparation & Maintenance: Prepare and update Excel files and templates used throughout the pay review cycleData Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and summaries for People and business stakeholdersProcess Support: Track progress and deadlines, and help document processes and lessons learned for future cyclesSkills & ExperienceExperience supporting a pay review process, ideally across multiple countries in an online systemStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionNot ready to apply just yet, or have some questions?
