Your responsibilities will span across the Lettings and Property Management departments, requiring a blend of expertise and adaptability.This role is perfect for an experienced Lettings Negotiator eager to thrive in a supportive setting.   • Meeting and registering new applicants
  • Organising & carrying out viewings
  • Providing detailed feedback to landlords whilst their property is on the market
  • Maintaining regular contact with perspective tenants and landlords
  • Negotiating offers received
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace
  • Working closely with colleagues to identify and maximise new business opportunities
  • Leading our canvassing efforts, to secure new business and brand awareness across the areas we cover
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within a Negotiator role or in a sales environment
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Impressive written and verbal communication skills
  • A full and clean driving license
  • Own vehicle
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
