Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the CompanyInteraction Technical is working with a well-established, family-run business that specializes in agricultural and plant machinery. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their service and repair team and are seeking a skilled engineer located within driving distance of Bletchingdon.What’s on Offer- 20 days annual leave plus public holidays- Overtime paid at 1.25x for hours beyond 8 per day- Company van and fuel card provided- Ongoing training and development opportunities- Flexible working hours availableKey Requirements- Experience in Plant, Automotive, HGV, or Agricultural sectors (essential)- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems (essential)- Engine experience is a plus- Skilled in fault finding, servicing, and repairs- Relevant qualifications (NVQ or City & Guilds in mechanical/electrical engineering) are advantageous- Full UK driving licence requiredRole Responsibilities- Travel to client sites to service and repair agricultural and plant machinery- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults- Work closely with clients to understand needs and offer expert advice- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance- Provide training and support to client staff on equipment use and upkeep- Maintain accurate records of all service work and parts used- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to share feedback and improve product performanceAbout Interaction RecruitmentWe have specialist consultants across various UK industries including Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
