This is the role for you!Here at GXO, we are on the search for a Team Leader to join our team at our Field Store in Dundee on our Virgin Media Contract.This role is perfect for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong people skills, a keen eye for efficiency, and a passion for driving team performance.You'll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 - 16:00.Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,010.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).   • Daily supervision of a small team of operatives and agency staff in the department
  • Ensure all staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
  • Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
  • To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Logistics Team Leader experience in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong warehouse system experience (WMS)
  • Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
