Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + package (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time | PermanentWe're working with a fast-growing, forward-thinking construction and fit-out company that delivers high-spec commercial interiors and refurbishment projects across South Wales and the South West.They're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring everything is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of construction and fit-out contracts
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Overseeing H&S, site progress, programme, quality, and budgets
- Reporting on risks and performance metrics
- Leading procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Proven background in fit-out and construction
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Sound understanding of CDM, H&S, JCT/NEC contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid (preferred)
