We're looking for a hands-on, highly experienced Completions Manager to oversee unit handovers on a new 200-unit development completing this autumn in Salford.This is a no-frills, high-responsibility role with a growing developer who are delivering their first full scheme in-house via their own construction arm. You'll be on-site, managing the full completions process from snagging and surveys through to keys handed over; and everything in between.Why this role?Take ownership - you'll lead the entire completions process, from snagging to key handover.High visibility - this is the first project of its kind for the client, and you'll be central to its success.Fast start - weekly pay. This scheme is live and you'll be onsite, doing deals immediately.Investor buyers - all private sales, no owner-occupiers. Think streamlined, no-nonsense handovers.No fluff - clear scope to report to directors, and trusted to get on with it.What you'll be doing:Managing buyer communication and key handovers.Overseeing snagging, surveys, valuations, and legal progress.Liaising with internal teams, construction, and agents to ensure on-time completions.Pushing forward the final stages of a live build nearing completion.Acting as the go-to for completions on site - independent, decisive, and efficient.Who we're looking for:Experienced Completions Manager or New Homes Sales Progressor.Strong track record delivering apartment schemes (investor sales ideal).Confident dealing with valuers, buyers, solicitors, and contractors.Based in or near Greater Manchester - this is an on-site role.Ready to start within 1-2 weeks on a PAYE day rateSound like you?
