- To assist the Management teams in the daily running of the operation, through the above and any other duties as necessary.
- Diagnose and repair devices such as but not limited to, PC's, Laptops, Printers, retail equipment etc.
- Ability to repair devices at component level.
- Capable of supporting other departments as and when required.
- Update relevant business systems to the required standards and in line with agreed processes.
- Be compliant with management system policies, company policies & guidelines and take responsibility for health & safety in the workplace.
- To be approachable and accepting of Training requirements in relation to the role and operation.
- To maintain the skills and knowledge required within the team to perform the role to the required standard.
- Ability to handle equipment of varying weights and sizes, in line with manual handling guidelines and training provided.
- Must be able to embrace new technologies and adapt to change.
- To undertake Health and Safety activities commensurate with post and or SCC Group Health and Safety Policy.
- Careful and precise handling of equipment to ensure high quality repairs.
- Experience in electronics repair or technical maintenance environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
- Accreditations to repair Tier1 Product repairs e.g. HP/Lenovo & Dell.
- Ability to identify and resolve faults using standard diagnostic tools.
