In this rewarding role, you'll play a key part in supporting students' individual needs-working closely with teachers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that each student receives personalised care, both in and outside of the classroom.Key Responsibilities:Support students with personal care, mobility assistance, and medication needsAssist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) within classroom settingsHelp create and maintain a safe, positive learning environmentMonitor student wellbeing and keep accurate care recordsPromote inclusion during breaktimes, mealtimes, and extracurricular activitiesCollaborate with parents, carers, teachers, and healthcare teamsAssist with the implementation of healthcare plans under professional guidanceWhat We're Looking For:Experience supporting children or young adults in educational or healthcare environmentsA caring, patient, and dependable approachUnderstanding of a range of medical and learning needsStrong communication skills and the ability to work well within a teamRelevant qualifications or willingness to complete trainingFirst aid experience is beneficial (though not essential)What We Offer:Competitive daily rate, plus pension contributionsGenerous holiday allowanceAccess to wellbeing resources and mental health supportOngoing training and professional development opportunitiesA supportive, inclusive, and collaborative team environmentInterested?If you're passionate about supporting children and young people to thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
