Flexible working options can be discussed in line with the Health Board's flexible working policy.English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.Main duties of the jobYou should have significant and demonstrable experience in the following areas:EssentialExperience of a modern industry standard integrated development environment such as Visual Studio professionalExperience of an industry standard DB management systems such SQL Service Management SystemExperience of ISS for web application deployment and managementExperience of managing a backlog, such as breaking down requirements into work items and tasksHighly proficient in the use of C# programming languageProficient in the use of Transact SQLProficient in the use of HTML5 / CSS / Bootstrap for front end developmentProficient in the use JSON / XMLProficient in application development using .Net 8 (or greater)Proficient in application development using MVC / Web APIHighly proficient in the use of SOLID & OOPExperience of class library development for plugin architectureExperience of using a modern authorization protocol such as OAuth 2.0Proficient in the use of HTTPDesirableKnowledge of HL7 v2 and FHIR R4Experience of FHIR Firely API for accessing FHIR dataExperience of using Microsoft Entra ID
