These schools provide tailored support for pupils with a wide range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties.The Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:Work one-to-one or with small groups of pupils, helping to meet their individual learning and emotional needsAssist teachers in creating lessons that are accessible, engaging, and adapted to each pupil’s needsSupport pupils with personal care if requiredPromote positive behaviour and create a calm, supportive learning environmentWork alongside SENCOs, therapists, and other professionals to provide coordinated supportThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
