A superb opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a CQS accredited firm who have been established for over 150 years with a client base that spans generations and who strive to maintain traditional values combined with a modern outlook and approach.You will be joining a highly respected and busy private client team who have considerable knowledge in relation to managing affairs and dealing with the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients and their families.Responsibilities:
As the Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will undertake a full private client caseload which will include, but not limited to:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Trusts
  • Tax
Requirements:
You should have previous experience managing a mixed private client caseload
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
