Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent (Part-time considered)
Pay: GBP150 GBP250 per day (Pay per scale)

Prospero Teaching is seeking a creative and compassionate Primary SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN setting in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National CurriculumStudent Engagement: Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages participationAssessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedbackClassroom Management: Maintain a positive atmosphere through effective behaviour management strategiesCollaboration: Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to promote student successProfessional Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay current with best practices in SEN educationSafeguarding: Uphold and implement safeguarding policies to ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all pupilsWe Offer:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience working in a primary setting, with a good understanding of SEN support strategiesResilient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive educationEffective classroom and behaviour management skillsDesirable: Experience or training in Makaton, PECS, or TEACCHTo Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must:
Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new applicationProvide two professional referencesApplication:
