- Prepare hot and cold food for the deli grab & go and hot counter food service for both breakfast and lunchtime.
- Organise and coordinate fine dining and hospitality events.
- Train and mentor, all team members.
- Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records.
- Placing orders and stock rotation, carrying out regular stock takes and completing the relevant back-office paperwork.
- Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.
- Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent).
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Confident, flexible, and innovative.
- Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
